Baba peak (or Etropolska Baba) is 1787 m high and is second highest after Mara Gidiya peak (1790 m).
The peak is located 9 km south of Etropole. It has a pyramidal shape and its slopes are steep and grassy. It is built of Paleozoic shale. There is a military base at the very top, which makes access restricted. Tourists can freely hike up the peak taking a steep path to its western part or a dirt road from the east and reach the fence of the military station. The Kom-Emine marking runs south from the top.
