RULES OF THE CAMPAIGN „KOM-EMINE TOURIST PASSPORT ” 2020
ART.1. The following rules regulate the activities of Oilaripi Trekking Association in terms of organising and conducting “Kom-Emine Tourist Passport” Campaign and the annual lottery between the tourists, who have crossed the route Kom-Emine in the period 01.02.2020 – 15.11.2020.
ART.2. Full name of the Campaign is “Kom-Emine Tourist Passport”. The Campaign ends in December 2020 with an annual lottery “Kom-Emine Tourist Passport” 2020.
ART.3. “Kom-Emine Tourist Passport” Campaign is carried out on the initiative of Oilaripi Trekking Association, UIC 176833120, headquarters: 1505 Sofia, Str. “Prof. Giovani Gorini 5”; e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org; webpage: www.oilaripi.com/club
ART.4. Rules of “Kom-Emine Tourist Passport” Campaign are published on www.kom-emine.com, owned by Oilaripi Trekking Association.
ART.5. Oilaripi Trekking Association reserves the right to change the terms of the Campaign at any time and without notice for which no compensation is due to other persons. Changes should be announced on the following page https://komemine.com/turisticheski-pasport-obshti-usloviya/, in the group Kom-Emine https://www.facebook.com/groups/kom.emine/ and/or on the organisers fan page http://www.facebook.com/oilaripi immediately after they are accepted.
OBJECTIVES, TASKS, ACTIVITIES.
ART.6. The main objective of the Campaign is to familiarize the participants with the most significant natural, cultural and historical sights on the route “Kom-Emine”
ART.7. The main tasks of the Campaign “Kom-Emine Tourist Passport” are:
To educate the participants in a spirit of patriotism and to contribute to the spiritual development of the nation.
To attract more people, especially young people and adolescents, to explore the unique spiritual and natural resources of the Balkans.
To apply new forms and make full use of the idea of mass participation of Bulgarian and foreign tourists and students in the Kom-Emine trek.
ART.8. To carry out publishing, informational and advertising activities.
ART.9. To organise a lottery for the participants.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE SITES INCLUDED IN THE “KOM-EMINE TOURIST PASSPORT” INITIATIVE
ART.10. Every site has the right to stamp the Tourist Passports of the participants with their stamp and to sell advertising and information materials of Oilaripi Trekking Association (tourist passports, vertical profiles, leaflets, maps, travel guides, etc.), for which they get a trade discount.
ART.11. In case the site does not have it’s own stamp, the manager/ owner of the site has the right to receive a free stamp, with which to stamp the “Kom-Emine Tourist Passport”. Oilaripi Trekking Association fully cooperates with the sites for preparation of the stamps and assumes all costs for their manufacture and delivery to a convenient Econt office.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTICIPANTS IN THE “KOM-EMINE TOURIST PASSPORT” INITIATIVE
ART.12. Each participant has the right to use only one “Kom-Emine Tourist Passport”, in which to put stamps after visiting the sites personally (walking, skiing, cycling) or by animal thrust (riding an animal) on the tourist route from Kom peak to cape Emine. Under the stamp the tourist manually writes the date on which he is placed.
ART.13. Participants have the right to participate in a lottery organised by the Oilaripi Trekking Association. Participants who meet the conditions described in ART.22. May be admitted to the lottery.
ART.14. Each participant has the right to obtain a “Kom-Emine Tourist Passport”, which can be purchased from the e-shop of Oilaripi Trekking Association (www.oilaripi.com/eshop), from the Travellers club (Sofia, Serdika Str. 19), as well as from the commercial sites described in the pages of www.oilaripi.com.
ADMISSION AND DROPPING OUT OF SITES FROM THE “KOM-EMINE TOURIST PASSPORT”
ART.15. The selection of sites for the “Kom-Emine Tourist Passport” shall be made by a decision of the Managing Board of the Oilaripi Trekking Association at the proposal of the President of the MB.
ART.16. Inclusion of objects is not bound by payment and is not an advertisement. The presence of a site in the Tourist Passport is a sign of prestige and is a recognition of good attitude towards visitors.
ART.17. A site included in “Kom-Emine Tourist Passport” drops out in case of:
Incorrect attitude towards visitors
Refusal to be stamped in the tourist passport
Impossibility to establish contact and/ or maintain communication between Oilaripi Trekking Association and the representatives of the site.
Actions other than those listed to the detriment of tourists and campaign participants.
ART.18. Places of accommodation and shelters within the meaning of the Protected Areas, which have refused shelter and warmth of the tourists in the second half of the day, regardless of the reason are dropped out from the passport.
ART.19. The decision to drop out sites from ART.17 and ART.18 shall be taken unilaterally by the Managing Board of Oilaripi Trekking Association. The decision is not subject to appeal and the Trekking Association does not owe compensation to people affected by the decision.
ART.20. “Kom-Emine Tourist Passport” Campaign 2020 provides financial means for its activities from:
Income from the sale of tourist passports
Contributions and sponsorships.
ART.21. In order to stimulate the interest of the participants in the Campaign, the Oilaripi Trekking Association organises lottery with prices.
ART.22. In the lottery are allowed participant, who deposit within the deadlines a “VALID” Tourist passport. “VALID” means a passport that meets the following conditions:
The entire route has been completed with a maximum of one interruption.
At least 9 stamps and at least two different stamps on each of the stamp pages in the Tourist passport, marked in the passport with green, blue and purple.
ART.23.1. Registration for participation in the raffle is done by deposing a “VALID” Tourist passport at the Travellers club (Sofia, Serdika Srt. 19) until 10.11.2020. In case of impossibility for deposing in Sofia the passports are sent by courier, which is further specified by e-mail: email@example.com. Tourist passports remain in storage at Oilaripi Trekking Association until the lottery ends and then return to the participants.
ART.23.2. Registration for participation in the lottery is done by online form: https://kom-emine.com/passport-registration/ till 15.11.2020. Registration is considered successful only after receipt of a written confirmation. When receiving prizes, participants in the lottery are required to submit the original travel passport.
ART.24. All participants whose passports are eligible to participate in the lottery receive a Congratulatory Diploma for successful passage on the route “Kom-Emine”
ART.25. Participants in the Campaign voluntarily provide their personal data: full names, domicile /city/ village/, e-mail and phone number when registering to participate in the lottery.
ART.26. The employees of companies and organisations who are involved in illegal or inappropriate harvesting or export of timber, forest stock exchanges, construction activities in protected areas within the meaning of Protected Areas Act or other activities in detriment of the sustainable economy and the indigenous population of the settlements in the Balkan Mountains are not allowed to participate in the lottery.
ART.27. The winners in the lottery receive their awards on the day of the award or within 5 /five/ days after their announcement at www.oilaripi.com/club from the Travellers club, Sofia, Serdika Srt. 19. If they can not be received, the awards can be sent by courier, following a written application in free text sent to firstname.lastname@example.org in 5 /five/ days after the awarding. Oilaripi Trekking Association has no commitment to store unsolicited prizes after the specified deadlines.
HONORS OF “KOM-EMINE TOURIST PASSPORT”
ART.28. Oilaripi Trekking Association reserves the right to issue special certificates to deserved participants.
